day 1: Journaling to start the process of creating the life you love.

 sit down with your journal and set a 10-15 minute timer
 at the top of your page write the following:
 THINGS I WANT TO DO, HAVE, BE & EXPERIENCE 
write any and everything that comes to your mind about what you want to do, have be and experience. don’t hold back. write the things that your desires.
no judgment.
