Monday is one of the best days of the week because its the start of a fresh slate. Here are a few tips to slide into the week with grace
Wake up early
Try waking up the same time every day and at least an hour or two before you have to leave the house.
Warm Water with Lemon
Gently wake up your digestive system and warm your body with warm water and lemon every morning.
Sit up in bed or have a designated sacred space to meditate for 5-10 minutes every morning.
If it feels good for you do a few gentle sun salutations or stretches
Take a few minutes to organize your day and thoughts. Jot down the things you get “to do” on this marvelous Monday.
